For a number of years up to 2003 we had used the services of a large local accounting practice. In honesty we never really questioned their service levels because like many other businessmen I didn't have any real feeling for the kind of service I should have been receiving from my Accountant.

- We send all our paperwork to Acconomy at the end of each month and we have the same accounts person input our sales and purchase invoices every month. We'll never need to update our accounts package or buy new hardware again and we no longer retain our bookkeeper.
- Our VAT Returns are prepared quarterly as are our accurate up to date Management Accounts – which Nigel guides me through giving pertinent and timely advice – My Bank Manager is very pleased with me as you can imagine.
- Tax Planning is now on going and proactive. There are never ever any unknown bills around the corner because we know exactly where we are month by month. And importantly Acconomy are able to put strategies in place to mitigate our liabilities.
- We only have two points of contact at Acconomy – Our dedicated Accounts Manager and Nigel Simmons himself and as Nigel promised the day he met with me he is always accessible by phone and email – no matter how daft my question is.

We pay £260 per month and spreading payments over the year is a real boost to cash flow. That's an OVERALL SAVING OF 25% PER YEAR.
In addition The Reduction in Tax through proactive Tax Planning has been significant and the service we get incomparable
